Instructions
1. Preparation
1 Sterile packaging inspection: Check whether the aseptic packaging is broken, not tightly sealed or soaked in water, etc.
2 Appearance inspection: Take out the product from the package, check whether the outer tube and inner tube are bent, kinked, damaged, etc., and check whether the parts of the product are falling off, loose, damaged, etc.
3 Operation inspection: unfold and straighten the outer tube, imitate the action of use, push the sliding handle to confirm that the needle can be extended; pull back the sliding handle to confirm that the needle can be retracted.
4 Injection inspection: connect the syringe that has been filled with the liquid medicine with the sliding handle, push the syringe until the liquid medicine flows out from the needle tip, and confirm that the liquid medicine does not leak from places other than the needle tip.
2. Insert the endoscope
5 Referring to step 3, pull back the sliding handle to retract the needle tip. Insert the outer tube into the forceps hole of the endoscope, and slowly push the outer tube until the tip of the outer tube enters the field of view of the endoscope.
6 Select a suitable injection site through the endoscope, and keep the lens position.
3. Puncture tissue and inject liquid medicine
7Push the sliding handle to confirm that the needle protrudes from the front end of the outer tube.
8 Insert the needle into the target tissue, and push the plunger of the injector to inject liquid.
9 After completing the injection, pull back the outer tube to withdraw the needle from the injection site.
Remarks: Repeat the above (6-8) steps for multiple injections as needed.
4. Withdraw the injection needle
10 After completing the procedure, pull back the sliding handle to the end, retract the needle into the outer sheath, and remove the product from the endoscope.
11 Dispose of this product in accordance with the institution's biohazardous medical waste management regulations.
